Had a great experience. Tata is improving day by day, and it's good to see the progress they're making. I just hope they can bring down the servicing costs as well to better compete with other Indian brands. We support INDIAN brands.

The sales executive asked about what kind of usage I had (city, highway, family size) and explained the various Tata models like the Tiago, Tigor, Altroz, Nexon etc. He showed me display models, allowed me to inspect the interiors, explained key features (safety, infotainment, warranty).I felt comfortable with Champak Automobiles as a dealership for Tata Motors in Bongaigaon. If I were to pick a Tata car, I would feel confident choosing them. I would just ensure that I clarify exact delivery date, accessories package and service coverage before booking.
